Change a Child’s Story™

CASA of Warren & Forest Counties trains and provides quality volunteer advocates for children who are involved in the child welfare system as a result of abuse and/or neglect. Volunteers advocate for services the children need in order to achieve permanency in a safe and nurturing home.

Volunteer Your Time

No one longs for a safe and loving family more than a child in care. As a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) volunteer, you are empowered by the courts to help make this dream a reality. You will not only bring positive change to the lives of these vulnerable children but also their children and generations to come. And in doing so, you will enrich your life as well.

To give a child a CASA is to give them a voice. To give them a voice is to give them hope, and to give them hope is to give them the world.
